RESILIENCE Model Programs
Over 50 Foster Adoptee Artists Hired
At the height of pandemic, MoFundamentals began community education programs under our RESILIENCE model. Our model emphasizes hiring emergent foster-adoptee artist cohorts across 2 to 3 years, regardless of previous experience.
We continue to hire artists while aiming to pay:
$100/hr for work (dance films, performances, or documentary) and $20/hr for administrative time.

Annual Dance Festival
We've recently launched our annual dance festival to showcase pivotal foster-adoptee dance mentors. Our festival celebrated 10 years of MoFundamentals while featuring dance classes, performances, and a gallery all focused on foster-adoptee resilience.
